Salt & Light Wellness is more than a studio — it's something we built out of personal need, deep faith, and a genuine desire to help people feel better naturally.
After years of facing chronic health struggles, pain, and inflammation ourselves, we discovered red light therapy, PEMI Therapy, and halotherapy. The results changed our lives. So on September 15, 2024, we opened our doors — and began healing alongside the community we love.

Meet the Allens.
At age 30, Candie survived a life-threatening case of endometriosis and underwent a hysterectomy. What followed were years of surgical menopause, chronic pain, inflammation, and weight gain that nothing seemed to help.
Her sister introduced her to red light therapy after her own surgeries — but it wasn't until Salt & Light opened that Candie truly experienced the full benefits. Since then, she's lost 20 pounds she'd carried for seven years, and gained better sleep, a brighter mood, clearer skin, and significantly less inflammation from Ulcerative Colitis.
A lifelong entrepreneur at heart, creating a space where others could access natural, non-invasive healing just made sense.
Seth is a stone mason and has owned Alpine Finish LLC since 2017. Years of hard physical labor left his body inflamed, worn down, and in pain — often coming home barely able to move.
This past winter, he thought he wouldn't be able to snowboard for the first time in years. But thanks to regular red light and PEMI therapy, he not only found relief — he got back on the slopes.
Seth's story is proof that these therapies work for people who work hard with their bodies every single day. Just 1.5 years after opening, he began sharing his love of snowboarding on social media as @ManontheMountain603 — something he never would have been able to do without these therapies.
