Before Your Visit

Preparing for
your session.

Hydration is the most important thing — drink water before you come in. Your cells heal significantly better when you are well hydrated, and you will feel the difference in your results.

Dress comfortably, and think about what areas of your body you want to target. Red light does not penetrate through clothing, so you will want to expose the skin in those areas during your booth session. That is exactly why our booths are fully wrapped for privacy — so you can get the most out of your therapy without any discomfort.

Just yourself. Wear comfortable clothing. For Red Light / Halotherapy Booth, you may want to bring a hair tie if you prefer to keep your hair up. No special preparation needed. We provide special protective glasses for your eyes — just put them on and relax.

Avoid heavy lotions or oils on the skin before a red light session — they can block light penetration. Otherwise, just show up hydrated and ready to relax.

Red Light / Halotherapy Booth

The booth
experience.

Warm, quiet, and deeply relaxing. The red light creates a gentle warmth. You'll breathe in the faintly salty air. Most clients describe it as deeply peaceful. You can stand or sit — though we recommend standing so the red light can reach all areas of your body for maximum benefit. You exit feeling lighter, clearer, and noticeably glowing — and your body will continue to heal for 8–12 hours after your session as cellular activity keeps working.

Yes. Red light therapy has an extensive safety record with thousands of peer-reviewed studies. It uses non-ionizing radiation — unlike UV rays, it does not damage DNA. Our equipment is Class II Medical Devices certified. Certain conditions (pregnancy, photosensitive medications) require consultation — we'll ask about these on your intake form.

Completely different. Tanning beds use UV light, which damages skin. Red Light / Halotherapy Booth uses red and near-infrared light, which stimulates healing and collagen production. No UV is involved. No tanning or burning occurs — just repair and rejuvenation.

Yes — each Red Light / Halotherapy Booth session is completely private in its own fully wrapped, enclosed booth. No one can see in. You are completely alone in your space for the entire session.

Both deliver the exact same therapy at the same power level. The Small booth has a more compact, enveloping feel — and because the space is smaller, it tends to get warmer. The Medium booth offers more room to stretch and move during your session. Choose based on your personal preference.

PEMI Mat

Electromagnetic
therapy.

Every PEMI session begins with 10 minutes of Tranquility Mode — a gentle frequency designed to bring your body into a parasympathetic (rest and heal) state, priming your cells for deeper healing. After that, the remaining 10–20 minutes can be used to target specific areas that need work using different therapeutic frequencies. You recline on a super comfortable chaise lounge chair and feel very little physically — perhaps a faint tingling for some people. The therapeutic effect is happening at the cellular level. Most people find it so profoundly relaxing that many actually fall asleep. The energized, restored feeling comes in the hours after your session — and your body continues to heal for 8–12 hours after you leave.

The PEMI mat is in a shared wellness space — another client may occasionally be using a booth nearby. It's a calm, quiet environment. If you want a fully private session, the Red Light / Halotherapy Booths are completely enclosed.

General

Good to
know.

For Red Light / Halotherapy Booth, once daily is the maximum — benefits compound over time, but too much can cause overstimulation. Most members come 3–5x per week and see dramatic results within 2–3 weeks. For PEMI, up to 30 minutes per day on days we're open. Consistency is the key — these therapies build on each other.
